Holy Martyr Eugene of Antioch is one of the Christian saints who suffered for their faith during the early period of persecution of Christianity. He was a priest (presbyter) in Antioch and suffered for his faith during the persecution. Saint Eugene preached Christianity in Antioch (modern Turkey) and actively spread the faith among the pagans.
